Do you know the new function of „Google-Maps“?

Google started a new function which is called “street view”. With “street view” it’s possible to take a virtual walk across some cities and take a look around.

How to use this function?

- Go to the site http://www.maps.google.it

- Now click on the button “street view”, you will see some areas are highlighted blue and also you see some camera symbols. (Service only available for this areas and cities)

- Use the zoom-tool on the left side of the map to zoom on a city with camera-symbol or simply enter an address (for example: Firenze, Santa Croce )

- With a double click on a blue highlighted street you can open a window with a 360⁰ view around your position. Use the arrows in the upper left corner to turn around, use the arrows in the middle of the streets in order to walk around.
